Terms of Service

1.1 By creating an account, completing subscription checkout, connecting a Microsoft Azure account, or otherwise accessing the Service, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.2 If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" and "Customer" refer to that entity.

1.3 Your acceptance is logged at signup and treated by Heyo Infra as your binding agreement to these Terms in their entirety, including Section 4 (Acceptable Use Policy & Lead Hygiene) and Section 12 (Indemnification).

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2.2 You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and associated workspaces.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and any delegated Azure/Cloudflare permissions.

Heyo Infra provides automated cold email infrastructure provisioning software. The Service facilitates Bring-Your-Own-Azure ("BYOA") Microsoft Azure Communication Services connections, automated Cloudflare DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX), custom sending domain verification, and batch mailbox generation with secure IMAP/SMTP credentials.

Legal Notice on Sender Status: Heyo Infra is strictly an infrastructure and technical configuration software tool. Heyo Infra does not draft message content, select recipients, purchase lead lists, or initiate email transmissions on its own behalf.

For purposes of the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and comparable state and international commercial electronic messaging laws, you, the Customer, are the sole "sender" and "initiator" of all outbound communications transmitted through the mailboxes and sending domains configured via the Service.

Heyo Infra makes no guarantee regarding inbox placement, deliverability rates, domain reputation, warmup trajectory, or conversion metrics. These outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including third-party spam filtering algorithms, mailbox warmup practices, and the hygiene of your recipient lists.

You agree that you will not use infrastructure provisioned through the Service to transmit any message that:

• Violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, CASL, or any applicable federal, state, or international messaging law;
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive header information, routing data, or subject lines;
• Fails to provide a functioning, clear opt-out / unsubscribe mechanism, or fails to honor suppression requests within the legally mandated timeframe;
• Omits a valid physical postal address for the sending business;
• Is transmitted to scraped, unverified, or harvested email lists that have not undergone MX verification and list hygiene;
• Constitutes phishing, malware propagation, spoofing, extortion, fraud, or deceptive impersonation;
• Contains illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

5.1 Microsoft Azure: By connecting your Microsoft Azure subscription via OAuth 2.0, you grant Heyo Infra delegated administrative permission to create and configure Azure Communication Services (ACS) Email Services and verify domain ownership on your behalf. You remain responsible for all direct resource usage fees incurred within your Azure account at wholesale rates (~$0.25 per 1,000 sends) and for complying with Microsoft's Terms of Use.

5.2 Cloudflare DNS: By delegating nameservers or authenticating Cloudflare DNS, you authorize Heyo Infra to automate the creation of SPF, DKIM (CNAME), DMARC (TXT), and MX records necessary for domain authentication.

5.3 Third-Party Suspensions: Heyo Infra is not liable for any restriction, suspension, throttling, or termination of your Azure subscriptions, domains, or Cloudflare zones enacted by third-party providers.

6.1 Free Setup Tier: Users may connect an authorized Microsoft Azure account and configure unlimited sending domains with automated DNS verification free of charge.

6.2 Paid Mailbox Generation Plans: Generating active mailbox slots requires an active subscription tier:

• Starter Plan ($19/mo): 1 active workspace, up to 50 active mailbox slots.
• Growth Plan ($39/mo): Up to 5 workspaces, up to 200 active mailbox slots.
• Agency Plan ($79/mo): Up to 10 workspaces, up to 500 active mailbox slots.

6.3 Recurring Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current billing period. All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEYO INFRA, UNITED LANES LLC, AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, REPUTATION, OR DELIVERABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the total amounts paid by you to Heyo Infra during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
